To process your order, we use the information you provide: your name, email address, phone number, selected restaurant and order contents. Order notes are shared with the team preparing your food. Please do not provide information that is not needed for your order.
Guest orders and customer accounts
You can order as a guest. If you create an account, you can sign in and view your order history. Keep your password private and sign out when using a shared device.
Access to orders
The team at your selected restaurant accesses your order to prepare it and arrange collection. The site administrator has access for maintenance and support. Public order tracking requires your order number and the email address used at checkout.
Cookies and external websites
We use cookies needed for the cart, sign in and language selection. Map and social media links lead to other websites with their own privacy policies.

Tracking on this device
After checkout or successful verification, a secure cookie can remember access to the status of up to five orders for at most 30 days. The cookie contains only a random identifier, not your name, email, phone or address. Choose “Forget saved orders” on the tracking page to remove access. Signing out also clears it. Clearing cookies, private browsing or using another browser may require verification again.
